1. How far ahead should I book?
As early as possible is best for weddings, proms, airport trips, and large events. We also accept last-minute requests when a vehicle and chauffeur are available. Call us to check.
2. What is the cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel a reservation. Your confirmation may include additional quote-specific payment terms.
3. How can I pay?
Moonlight Limousine accepts all major credit cards. Payment details and any required deposit are confirmed with your quote or reservation.
4. Do you monitor flight delays?
Yes. When you provide your airline and flight number, our team can monitor the schedule and coordinate your pickup timing. Please still contact us if your plans change.
5. Can you help with luggage?
Yes. Our chauffeurs can assist with loading and unloading luggage. Tell us about oversized items, extra equipment, or special accessibility needs when you book.
6. How many passengers can you accommodate?
Our fleet includes sedan-class vehicles, a standard Caravan, an Executive Van for up to 14 passengers without luggage, and stretch limousines for groups. We will recommend the right vehicle for your party.
7. How do I get a quote?
